Golf and Integrity

I love golf.  I don’t get to play as much as I like.  I’m ready for Tiger to get his knee rehabed so he can get back to chasing Jack Nicholas’ record for career majors.  I recently read an interesting article on golfer J.P. Hayes.  A great example of how integrity isn’t just about what you do when everyone is watching.  It’s what you do when no one is watching.

Click here to read it.  Would you do what he did?  Honestly?

About Aaron

Aaron is a follower of Jesus. He's married to his smokin' hot wife Laura and is the father of three adorable girls. He enjoys a robust cigar, a complex root beer, a good movie, writing, football, thought-provoking books, and rousing discussions about subjects you're not supposed to talk about (like theology and politics). Religious people irritate him (because he once was one). He's on a quest to find the perfect dry rub and sauce for ribs.

No. There is no way they’d let me play at Q School. I smoked it in Tiger Woods ’06, but never in real life. Oh. You mean the whole integrity thing. It’s nice to hear of an pro-athlete doing the right thing.
