House Update #3

We got a call last night from our realtor, and we’ve got a showing at 10:30 this morning (about 40 minutes from now).

We also had some super strong wind last night… that blew our neighbor’s tree into our yard and did this:

My oldest daughter, Annagrace, started to cry when she saw what happened.  But not for the swingset–for the fence!  She said, “Why did this have to happen when we’re trying to sell our house?”  No worries.  Our showing is going to take place anyway.  I’m praying that the potential buyers will just see this as a fact of life, and that it won’t influence their decision.  May wife Laura and I are both at peace with it.  We’re not freaking out, just kind of “Ugh…”

She posted about this earlier.  It’s pretty good.  Go check it out here.

About Aaron

Aaron is a follower of Jesus. He's married to his smokin' hot wife Laura and is the father of three adorable girls. He enjoys a robust cigar, a complex root beer, a good movie, writing, football, thought-provoking books, and rousing discussions about subjects you're not supposed to talk about (like theology and politics). Religious people irritate him (because he once was one). He's on a quest to find the perfect dry rub and sauce for ribs.
