Unbelievable

I am always amazed at how God works.  On Saturday night, we had one of Laura’s best friends over to hang out.  Recently she told Laura that she was thinking about looking for a church.  After dinner, I brought up the subject and she said, “I was gonna ask you guys when you were starting your house church.”  She wants in!  We’ve been here a week, and we have the first person interested in being a part of our first simple church community (and… she has told one of her friends about what we’re doing, and that person is interested)!

For those of you who’ve been praying for us in this huge transition, thank you!  Keep praying.  God has been BUSY!

About Aaron

Aaron is a follower of Jesus. He's married to his smokin' hot wife Laura and is the father of three adorable girls. He enjoys a robust cigar, a complex root beer, a good movie, writing, football, thought-provoking books, and rousing discussions about subjects you're not supposed to talk about (like theology and politics). Religious people irritate him (because he once was one). He's on a quest to find the perfect dry rub and sauce for ribs.

  1. Hey man – GREAT TO HEAR THIS NEWS – although if I might be so bold – maybe you should rephrase this post as “Completely Believable” – I mean I know what you mean by this, but hey – aren’t we asking God to be involved and if we are then shouldn’t we be ready for anything & everything to happen???? ha ha ha – just messin’ man – I had to say something about it – cause it really is cool seeing the way God is moving – keep up the obedient work!
